1 Akshay was working in Wipro technology Bangalore as a hardware engineer. Once in the month of may early morning in his office he found that his manager was tensed and worried. On enquiring he got to know that few problems have been escalated to higher management and they are very curious about it. Madhav felt motivated to help his manager come out of this and at the same time learn something. He shared dis with his boss and told that we will try hard and fix these issues asap. He set up a meeting and took all the details from his boss. Then he convinced three of his colleagues and motivated them to take this challenge. He further consulted one of the technical consultant from some Oder department and took some suggestions from him. He stayed till late evening with his colleagues and worked in that direction. He also presented this in the form of ppt and saved it for future reference. By late evening he was able to overcome this issue and informed his manager about it. He also thanked his colleagues for their valuable time and they were also happy to solve this challenge.
