Expected AFCAT 2/2013 cut off marks by Indian Air Force

Update : AFCAT 2/2013 results have been announced by IAF and cut off is fixed as 116 out of 300.
Indian Air Force conducts AFCAT to recruit young and dynamic graduates and post graduates as commissioned officers. As IAF is considered one of the most prestigious services to serve, there is huge response for AFCAT exam.

AFCAT 02/2013 notification was released by IAF on 08th June 2013. Admit cards of AFCAT were issued to all candidates who have filled up online applications correctly.

Finally the exam was held on 25th August 2013 in various AFCAT centers of Indian Air Force successfully. After the exam is held, IAF will set cut off marks of AFCAT and will shortlist candidates who have scored more than the cut off marks specified. All shortlisted candidates will undergo five day SSB interviews in order to be checked for officers like qualities (OLQs).

Recommended candidates will become officers.

Previous AFCAT exams cut off

Cut off marks of AFCAT 01/2012 was set as 135 marks. Cut off marks were raised to 143 in AFCAT 02/2012. Similarly, AFCAT 1/13 exam cut off marks were set as 144 by Indian Air Force. As the question papers of AFCAT are available now, many students are able to prepare for the exam in a better way.
