Is there any job offered for medically unfit candidates after they crack SSB interview?

Hi, I have cleared my SSB interview. I am medically unfit on the basis of my eye sight for my preference. My question is that whether there is some provision that medically unfit candidates may be internally absorbed in some other type of position. Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

There will be no other job offered for the medically unfit candidates even though they have cracked SSB interview.
