1 Online PPDT practice test Martha was one of the first women from her village who ever went to school and could read and write. While reading a newspaper once, she read about the great teacher who lived hundreds of years ago. she was inspired by his teachings and service to the needy. Hence, she decided to impart her knowledge to the people of her village and teach them the importance of learning. Her efforts led the literacy rate in her village to reach eighty percent.
