1 Sheela is an intelligent and a dedicated student, who performs well in her SSB and becomes an Air Traffic Controller. She is undergoing a rigorous training as the role that she plays in her job is critical and a mistake costs many peoples lives. Her colleagues are also very dedicated and comitted to their job as she is, so that in her perception they look like robots. She completed her training successfully and does her job flawlessly as she is perfectly trained.

Ananlysis

Try to write down story in simple past tense and watch out for grammatical mistakes. Story would have been better if you had written that Sheela had saved many accidents with her presence of mind and dedication.
