1 Online PPDT practice test A man, who is in his 50's can be seen walking helplessly with the support of a stick. The man, being a daily wage earner and the only support system of his family, he was terribly hit by the Covid 19 pandemic and the resultant hit to the job market all over the world. On approaching many such people for help, he came across a woman, who was shook to know the man's background and how hardworking he has been to support his family. She found out that both his sons were dead and he's been supporting his family at this age all alone. She also found out that the man was working day in and day out to educate his grand daughter so as to make her self sufficient and independent. However, with this pandemic, it has been very difficult for him to earn on a daily basis. The woman on knowing this, helps the man by posting articles and ads in newspapers, and then by posting on social media to garner people attention and assistance. The woman is a journalist who works for the official humans of bombay, a journalism forum. Through her story, people by way of crowd funding are able to raise an amount of 30 lakhs to support his grand daughter's further education and even help him find another job and sustain till then in a sufficient manner. The woman, continues to cover many such stories and believes that this is her way of contributing to the society and serving not just the country but the world across through such humanitarian ways.
