1 Online PPDT practice test Rahul was the member of the GPS NGO in Nagpur and was 24 years old. One day he was travelling in a village with his team ,he saw that there are so many schemes for the villagers' benifit but because of the lack of education and daily distribution of newspapers ,people are not aware of it. Then and there he decided to do something in that matter. At first he contacted to education minister of Maharstra and let aware to him about the poor situations of the village and the minister bhrosa diya to open schools in the village and all that kind of places .Thereafter Rahul went to the villagers and told them about the govt. schems and started the regular distribuation of the newspapers
