1 Rajiv is the newly appointed SSP in the Merrut district.Shahrukh khan a movie star came to city for a film promotion.Rajiv was given the responsibility to make his peacefully and securely. When the car of the shahrukh khan entered to the venue ,the crowd gone mad and breaks the barriers to see the movie star.Later Rajiv came to the place with some police men and remove the crowd from around the car and makes the visit of the movie star comfortably. Rajiv was also awarded by the DSP for his leadership quality to remove crowd safely.

Your story is narrated in a negative way. Being a SSP it was his responsibility to make arrangements so that situation doesn't go out of hands. so its a flawed narration and shows wishful thinking. NOT UPTO THE MARK. sorry for being harsh.
