1 Ram was a new;y appointed Magistrate of a city, which was in constant state of riots and strikes due shortage of electricity and water supply. Ram decided to solve these problems immediately, he gathered a team of engineers and specialists to roll out innovative plans . He subsidized solar panels and reduced the electricity bill. For the water problem , he constructed several canals and artificial ponds and promoted rainwater harvesting. Soon the people of the city adapted to the new reliable technology and methods and became happy . His plans were used by an example for many other cities because of its efficiency.

Ananlysis

Concept is good. I doubt if a magistrate can subsidize anything. Anyhow, you could have written that he encouraged and educated people to use renewable energy sources.
