1 Arun , a newly joined IAS offier who gets his first posting in Punjab , he comes to know about a farmer who commited suicide . HE soon visits the village where villagers surround his car and asks for help . Arun sees the body with heavy heart and gets emotionally charged up . HE soon asks the reports from his junior , on further investigating he comes to know that farmers were not able to pay back their loan . Arun writes a letter to CM office about the incident and asking to clear the loan for the farmer . CM office clears the loan for farmers . Arun feels good and satisfied with his work
