1 in the picture, it seems that one famous personality is visiting some place and is surrounded by large number of people. Mohan , a boy of 16 lives in the village Rampur. He is strongly dejected by the conditions prevailing in the village. he decides to complain about the conditions to the municipal corporation but every time he is ignored by the officials. but he persistently works hard to meet the official and finally gets the work done in his village. Later on, he himself becomes one of the officials and works hard to serve his village and improves the living conditions in the society.
