1 Whenever we see a massive population gathered up on the streets of the country, it always is a sign of something happening that should not be happening for the public of the country or sometimes it's a celebrity which everyone wants to see once in their lifetime. A huge population of people was surrounded by a car to pay tribute to the recently passed Vikas Goyal, one of the finest directors in India who has produced excellent films in recent years for bollywood. The corpse was taken in a car to the house of Vikas Goyal before the funeral. People were literally pushing each other to just have a slight look at him.
