1 anil is from a very small village. while returning back after completing his studing, he saw the condition of his village is not good. He want to do somthing for his village. then he start preparing for the PCS exam and cleared. all the villagers having a hope on him. when he elected the collector of his village including all the people are happy and welcome him. after becoming collector he start taking steps on major issues in the viilage. therefore, he became a succesful collector of his village.
