1 Vinod is a 28 yrs old who just got selected as an IAS officer and he is from a small town. When asked by media and interviewers he talks about his small town and how he wants to helps people in his small and he wants to see the town developed in next 5 years. When he comes to his town after being selected he is being gathered by large crowd and people love him and his simplicity. He takes this opportunity to tell them that collective efforts are needed to improve the condition of the town. He says that we don't have to get into politics we have to work hard to improve. Everyone understands him and he makes sure that all the fund goes to the development of the town. After 5 years the condition of the town improves and peoples happiness also increase. He becomes a hero in everyone's eyes and gets praised a lot.
