1 It was a historic day as our Prime Minister refused to take VVIP treatment and was going around in the city asking ordinary people from poor to the middle class the daily problems they face. The Prime Minister had visited Chandni Chawk where he addressed the water supply and electricity issues faced by the shopkeepers, residence and other individuals. This was a monumental achievement as it was the first time a Prime Minister had no security as he trusted the people in delivering his visit a peaceful and fruitful one. In the picture we see people cheering his visit and the news reporters taking photographs of this event. The people of the democratic nation of India stood behind our bold and honorable Prime Minister as he passed by in an ordinary sedan he was driving on his own.
