1 It looks like in a town a person has came who is of higher authority and must have been brought up in that place only. so people are welcoming that person with great enthusiasm. the person sitting inside the car is overwhelmed by the crowd and the crowd is about to welcome the person sitting inside the car and everybody is eager to meet that person and congratulate personally. people just nearby the window of the car are staring that person and people who are far away from the car are not so happy because they are not getting an opportunity to even see the face of the person sitting inside the car. In between the driver is also not getting enough space to drive because the crowd has blocked the road.
