1 the scene shows a scenerio of a village chowk , where all the people of the village are welcoming the ias officer named as hardeep singh , as he belongs to very poor family , one day when village sarpanch was on the inspection at the village government school he realised the potential of the hardeep the way he was solving the problems were incredible but due to poor financial condition he was not able to attend good education so all the villagers decided to donate money for his studies And he was sent to the city engish medium school and after 10 yrs he becamed the youngest ias officer and his first posting was his own district so it was an proud moment for every member of the village and also youth of the village was also inspired by him and pachayat of the village decided to support the poor families of the village
