1 It was a picture of a car and the crowd gathered near it. there may be a fire and a building may have damaged. The public may have called fire extinguishers in order to save the people in it. The police jeeps have come and are doing their best to save the people in it. the crowd also have doing the best and helped the people in building by calling the police very immediatly .Thus the rescue operation is going on and all are doing best to do so. The police cars are taking the way to help them in the best possible way. Finally they may have helped the people in building.
