1 Vinay was a mechanical engineer in a steel factory. One day while working, one of the labourers got injured severely due to a default in machine and lost a hand. Vinay alongwith some wrokers at the mill rushed him tioo the hospital and was able to save his life, meanwhile informed his family members. The owner was not ready to take responsibility and when he reached the mill was met with furious laburers and workers who were sitting on a strike and refused to let his car pass. Vinay pacified the crowd and took the mill owner separately to make him understand his fault. The owner ealiased his mistake and compensated the victim.
