1 Suresh is worker of sugar Mill he doesn't his work with very good one he saw because poor condition of machines one of his Co worker get injured very badly he with help of other Co worker send him to hospital then when boss of factory was informed about it the boss doesn't give any attention to worked who got injured then Suresh told all workrs rise voice again this kind of behivour of the boss so with off his Co worker he start protesting and because of his protest the boss take some decisions that he take care of injured workers and he also insure that if some worker get injured or some mishapping happen to any worker of factory he compansate some amount to his family
