1 sam was a 26 years old man who has recently cleared his IAS exam. he belongs to a rural area. after finishing his training he went to home in a his uncle's car. he was welcomed by a huge crowd as he was the 1st to become IAS from his District. He then welcomed by DM ,SDM SArpanch and his relative, school. he was also invited to give a guest lecture at his school.his family and whole villagers were very happy to see him on big post. he encouraged everyone for studies and a honest and truthfull life for getting success in life.
