1 a rash car driving causes serious injury sometimes even death to the road users, here a clear analogy is seen in a tram being hit by a car ,which made the traveller injured laying on the road in a pool of blood. the pedestrians on the road are just standing beside the accident scene without even trying to help the injured . The speed of the car is above the required speed limit since it can be seen that the car has run over the wheels of the tram,that too in a junction where the vehicles are supposed to reduce its speed. the traffic lights on the road clearly indicates that it's a busy street and the tram driver also need to keep up his attention looking both the sides and the traffic lights before crossing the junction. looking at the inner view of the car it could be ascertained that it is a right hand drive vehicle, the horses are in a state of shock after the accident
