1 Aman bsc 2nd year student was going to participate in blood donation camp in his college on12 january 2016 on the way he heard a noise of collision on inspection he found one car is striked by a tonga and the tonga driver got injured badly. He instantly called on 108 and sent one peraon to brought first aid from nearby shop. He stopped the bleeding of tonga driver by giving him first aid but found his condition got serious on the next moment to understand the urgency of situation he convinced the car driver to take the driver to nearby hospital. He took that person in ther car with others help and reached on nearby hospital admitted him informed his parents and negotiate matter between car driver and the faimly of tonga driver. After that he reached his college and participate in blood donation camp.

Ananlysis

Concept of saving accident victim is good. What did he negotiated? One should not try to negotiate the matter. It would have been better if you had written that the accident happened due to mistake of both parties.

i think that he should call police to get the matter negotiated. Police will batter handle it.
