1 In this picture there has been an accident between a car and a cart due to overspeading on turn. People are just standing but not helping. They must call the ambulance or use the car that is present adjacent to them but they are showing as if they have no humanity. Though our government has made a rule that if you help someone and make him reach hospital in case of an accident you shall not be declared guilty. People think they will get blamed if they help him. Police will enquire them of the accident. In fact, they should give him First Aid,as it can save the victim's life. It's our priority to save someone's life.
