1 The picture depicts an accident that took place in a village in Prayagraj. Ramesh, the owner of the car hit the horse-cart as he was busy using his phone while driving and this led to a few injuries to the man riding the horse-cart. The man fell off the cart and the wheel got detached from the cart. One of the people present at the site reported this to police on call and Ramesh immediately took the man to a nearby hospital by asking directions from one of the persons present at the location where the accident took place. The police team reached the hospital and enquired everybody who was present at the site. Ramesh was asked to pay fine for using phone while driving and compensation was also given to the injured man
