1 Shwetha is a 15 year girl child. After seeing her playing with her friends on the streets, her mom drags her to home and locks the door and yells at her that you have attained your adolescence and you shall not go out from the house to play. Her mom also says that if their neighbors sees her playing on streets they will speak bad about her and leaves to kitchen. Shwetha then weeps tears seeing her friends play through the windows. Seeing the boys play happily on the streets irrespective of their ages Shwetha grows angry about the societies attitude and at that second and moment she decides to mould herself into a brave girl and fixes her aim to become a women entrepreneur so that she could start up an NGO which will have its primary objective to empower women and bring them out of their homes and make them realize their capabilities, their interest and also to bring self confidence among them that women can do ant thing that she wishes to do and become what ever she wants to become. She also plans to educate the children of adolescence ages to feel proud of their puberty and sculpt their minds that they no one lesser to boys.
