UPSC has held CDS examination II 2013 to recruit officers for Army, IAF and Navy. Results were announced early in this month by UPSC.
After qualifying in the CDS written exam, candidates need to appear in SSB interviews
. Recommended candidates by services selection boards will become officers if they are medically fit.
As the days are passing many candidates who passed CDS exam were wondering when will they get SSB call letters. Today, Indian Air Force has issued its SSB dates and venue for all shortlisted candidates in Flying pilot branch of CDS exam.
Also NCC special entry candidates will have to appear in the SSBs as specified dates by IAF for 196 F(P) branch.
All candidates are distributed to undergo SSB interviews at 1 AFSB
, 2 AFSB
and 4 AFSB
Important instructions for candidates appearing SSB interview for Flying Pilot branch
- Reporting time for all candidates is 0645 hrs.
- SSB call letters will be sent by IAF authorities to all candidates. In case you don't get the call letter, take a print out of the above PDF file where SSB date and place are mentioned.
- You need to carry ID proof and a xerox of that Photo ID card. Also you need to carry matriculation 10+2, degree certificates along with them while reporting to AFSB for 196 CDSE Flying pilot entry SSB.
- If you are appearing SSB through NCC entry, carry NCC C certificate.
