James plan to organise Annual day to the college was given green signal by principal.  He already chalked out the whole program.  He displayed a notice on the notice board for volunteers to join him.  He then briefed them about the plan and formed committee and appointed a leader of committee each who have to report to him.  The funds were arranged from college fund.  Invitation was sent to the chief guest and other dignitaries.  The rehearsal of cultural programme was done.  The participants for activities like debate, painting, cartoon making were given the topics.  The D-day came.  The cultural programme, the competition of debate, painting etc and prize distribution all were appreciated.  In the end James acknowledged all.  He felt satisfied  that programme was all well.
